Process Engineer

ART MEDICAL is a well-funded medical startup transforming ICU care through advanced technology and innovation. Our smART+™ platform is an intelligent, sensor-based solution that optimizes nutrition delivery while reducing the risks of ventilator-associated pneumonia and malnutrition. Supported by clinical trials, we are setting a new standard in critical care by achieving nearly 100% feeding efficiency and reducing ICU stays by an average of 3.3 days.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Process Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly growing start-up team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing and supporting our production processes.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
Leading and executing validation activities, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ)
Developing and maintaining work instructions and routing documentation
Handling special work requests and overseeing production rework processes
Providing training and support to production operators to ensure compliance and efficiency

Requirements:

· B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent qualification – Must.

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process/ Validation Engineer – Must.

· Experience with medical device companies - Must.

· Team player, independent, and proactive attitude.

· Strong hands-on attitude, problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and creativity.

· Fluent in English, verbal and written.
