Demand Forecasting Manager

As the Demand Forecasting Manager, you'll be responsible for designing and embedding a robust, market- and channel-specific demand planning process aligned with our operating model. You'll oversee end-to-end forecasting across categories to ensure high service levels and streamlined inventory management.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

Lead and manage the demand planning process across categories
Maintain deep expertise across forecast components: statistical baselines, promotions, repack uplifts, and cannibalization impacts
Support forecasting inputs including commercial intelligence, new product launches, consumption trends, market data, and stock in trade
Ensure volume and value alignment across market forecasts
Analyze sector and brand trends to inform planning strategies
Drive demand inputs into key Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Annual Business Planning cycles
Challenge and validate sales forecasts to ensure consistency in volume and value projections
Align and verify sell-out data and inventory evaluations
Lead product lifecycle management and collaborate on clearance of residual or slow-moving inventory
Partner with Finance to align on financial targets and demand assumptions
Offer strategic demand planning insights to the Customer Supply Chain Lead
Build collaborative relationships with in-market warehousing, customer service, and customization teams
Establish a strong network with senior leaders across Commercial, Supply Planning, and Category teams
Champion demand planning excellence across the organization

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Sales / Marketing / Demand Forecasting / Finance operations in a Healthcare/ FMCG environment
In depth knowledge of Demand Forecasting in a Healthcare/FMCG environment
Very high level of proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

Solid understanding of sales, commercial, supply planning, and customer service processes
Hands-on experience with SAP or other planning systems
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills
Proven ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
