What You'll Do

Own and lead development of backend components within our Autonomous Hacking platform
Collaborate with engineering, product, and cybersecurity research teams
Mentor other developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture
Work with modern technologies: Java, Python, MongoDB, Flink, Docker, AWS, RabbitMQ, and more
Own features from concept to production: From design, through development, to production

Requirements:

6+ years of software development experience, including hands-on coding in Java or Python
2+ years in a leadership or leadership-adjacent role (team lead, scrum master, technical lead, etc..) — ideally in a mid-sized company
Someone who’s naturally seen as a technical authority — others turn to you for guidance
Strong experience building scalable microservices, using technologies like Spring Boot, Flask, AWS, RabbitMQ, Docker, MongoDB, etc.
