Operations Product Leader

Our work is fueled by a deep understanding of customer needs, driving us to deliver unparalleled solutions in this revolutionary field.We are looking for an Operations Product Leader to drive operational excellence across the full product lifecycle — from NPI transfer to mass production and legacy product support.Key Responsibilities:Legacy Product OwnershipManage and sustain legacy products throughout their lifecycleLead ECO processes from creation through implementationManage EOL activities, AVL updates, and second-source qualificationsMonitor component lifecycle, risks, and supply continuityPLM & Documentation ControlMaintain accurate product documentation (BOMs, drawings, work instructions, etc.)Manage configuration control and documentation updates in PLM systems (Agile)Ensure all production documentation is complete, approved, and currentNPI to Production HandshakeFacilitate smooth transition of new products into mass productionValidate production readiness: BOM maturity, test plans, jigs, calibration needs, workflowsWork closely with R&D, NPI, Quality, and PE teams to ensure alignmentCollaborate with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) for implementation and verificationProduction Support & Continuous ImprovementProvide daily engineering support to production linesDrive improvements in yield, cycle times, and work instructionsSupport root-cause analyses and CAPA activitiesIdentify and implement process optimization opportunities and cost reductionTest Equipment ManagementManage test equipment and documentation for ATE test equipmentEnsure test stations and fixtures meet readiness standardsCoordinate preventative maintenance with internal teams and CMsRequirements:Must-HaveBSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering fieldExperience with Contract Manufacturers (local or overseas)2-4 years in Operations, NPI, Sustaining Engineering, or Manufacturing EngineeringHands-on experience with ECO processes, documentation control, and PLM systems (Agile - advantage)Strong technical understanding of electronics, mechanics, and manufacturing processesExperience supporting production lines and solving technical issuesNice-to-HaveBackground with test equipment, calibration workflows, or ATE systemsFamiliarity with quality processes, documentation standards, or MR/NPI frameworksProven experience in increasing yields and reducing wasteLean Six SigmaExperience in high complexity, multidisciplinary products (mechanical + electronics)‑complexity, multidisciplinary products (mechanical + electronics)Soft SkillsHigh degree of ownership and accountabilityStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsDetail-oriented and structured and creative approach to problem-solvingAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us?Work on cutting-edge quantum and multidisciplinary technologiesInfluence on how legacy and new products are supported and scaledBe part of a growing operations organization with strong engineering cultureCollaborate closely with R&D, PE, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
