Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and finance-savvy individual to join our product organization and serve as the critical link between our domain expertise and product execution. You will work directly with our CEO and Head of Platform to convert financial insight into structured product logic, risk models, and embedded decision-making tools.

This is not a content role or a data operations job. It's a strategic research & structuring position for someone who thrives on complex thinking, clear documentation, and cross-functional product development.

You'll sit at the intersection of finance, product, and data - helping us build smarter, AI-enhanced infrastructure for currency risk and treasury workflows.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the analysis and structuring of financial knowledge across FX risk domains: exposure types, hedging logic, policy triggers, thresholds.
Build structured documentation that feeds product design, data architecture, and internal logic libraries.
Work with internal experts to distill high-level knowledge into usable product and decision-making flows.
Support the development of real-time logic engines for client segmentation, exposure identification, and policy recommendations.
Contribute to simulation and modeling frameworks around exposure risk, hedging efficiency, and decision impact.
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to accelerate research, extract patterns, summarize frameworks, and validate approaches.
Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, and developers to ensure logic is implemented correctly.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, structuring, treasury, risk advisory, or product/strategy roles at a fintech, consultancy, or B2B platform.
Deep understanding of financial behavior and business models (e.g. FX flows, revenue/cost mismatch, hedging tactics).
Strong analytical thinking and structuring ability - you can turn ambiguity into clarity and frameworks.
Comfort working with quantitative data, modeling logic, and explaining it in simple terms.
Experience writing documents that are used in product, data, or logic workflows.
Fluent English writing - precision and clarity are key.
Bonus: Experience in FX risk, treasury systems, structuring, or embedded finance.
