Controller

A growing finance team is seeking a skilled and motivated Controller to contribute expertise in financial management and reporting. The Controller will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial processes, compliance, and reporting to support internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
* Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
* Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements.
* Provide periodic management reporting packages and ad-hoc reporting and analysis for stakeholders such as investors, auditors, and internal teams.
* Review payroll and expense reports for subsidiaries in collaboration with local payroll accountants.
* Develop and implement efficient financial processes to enhance team performance and stakeholder service delivery.
* Collaborate with local accountants to ensure compliance with local tax and statutory regulations.
* Coordinate with external auditors and consultants during interim and annual audits, as well as on ongoing financial issues.
* Support various accounting and finance-related projects as required.
