About the Role:

As a QA automation engineer, you will develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, combining automation and manual testing to ensure high-quality standards for business logic and user experience. Collaborating within an agile scrum team, you'll work closely with development and QA teams to deliver top-quality features. In addition, you will be a pivotal role in achieving reliable and effective testing processes for robust software solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Assume responsibility for cross-system software testing, designing and developing detailed automated tests using reliable, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks.

• Demonstrate proficiency in creating and executing both manual and automated Test Plan scenarios.

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with QA and development teams to develop automation processes, investigate design approaches, and implement new technologies and frameworks.

• Aid in defining and implementing quality standards, promoting best practices for distributed systems.

• Strive to automate the process as much as possible by developing automation suites that provide high coverage, run fast and are easy to maintain.

• Diagnose, debug, and perform root-cause analysis of issues and defects.

• Analyze end-user behavior to identify potential issues, ensuring system quality and stability.

• Work in an Agile environment with tight schedules, an open-source ecosystem, and a strong team culture.

Requirements:

What You'll Need:

· 3+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer

· Java programming skills

· Experience building automation frameworks

· Experience with writing detailed test documents (STP, STD, STR)

· Deep understanding of QA methodologies

· Experience with Windows and Linux environments

· Experience with WebAPI testing (RestAPI, SOAP) and working with DB

· Experience with common CI\CD platforms (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

· Experience with functional, UI , Sanity and data validation

· Good understanding of cloud architecture such as AWS / Azure – an advantage

· Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks
