This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 3 days minimum per week in the office.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated Israel focused Investor Relations (“IR”) Team in a growing global private markets firm.
HarbourVest is seeking to hire an outstanding IR professional to serve and address the needs of our institutional investor base (clients and prospects) as well as to contribute to the growth of the Tel Aviv HarbourVest IR team.
The ideal candidate is someone who is:

What you will do:
Supporting Account Managers in all aspects of the fundraising cycle from managing pipeline of fundraising opportunities, client questionnaires, presentations, due diligence meetings and closing of investor capital commitments
Leveraging investment activity and fundraising across all funds to create bespoke communications
Performing client segmentation analysis and competitor analysis to increase market penetration in Israel
Working closely with the Investment, Marketing, RFP, Client Services teams and additional firm functional teams across all seniority to win new fundraising opportunities and service existing client base
Analyze and prepare internal presentations and memorandums
Support during investment team members visits and assist with the preparation of marketing materials
Cash flow and portfolio modelling for existing and new clients
Support the global Investor Relations teams as part of the firm’s Associate class
What you bring:
Private market knowledge including Private Equity, Private Credit, and Infrastructure (highly preferred)
Languages – Hebrew (native speaker) and English (fluent)
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage projects independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Strong client service orientation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience working with Salesforce (ideal but not required)
Education Preferred:
Bachelors of Arts (BA) degree or above in Business Administration / Economics or any other financial equivalent degree
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in Finance
Experience in Alternative Investments, Investment Banking, Private Wealth – a great advantage
