Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR student to join our Human Resources team in a part-time hybrid role. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to key HR processes in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the HR team and provide administrative support
Support end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Work closely with hiring managers to ensure an effective and professional recruitment experience
Maintain accurate candidate data and assist with additional HR-related activities

Qualifications

Current student in a relevant field (Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, etc.) with at least one year remaining
Availability for at least 3 workdays per week
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Fluent in both English and Hebrew
Previous experience in HR or talent acquisition – an advantage
