IT Desktop Technician

יום בחייך ב-MKS:

כ תומך/ת טכני/ת IT לתמיכת מחשבים ב אופיר אופטרוניקס תהיה/י חלק מ צוות IT. בתפקיד זה, תדווח/י למנהל IT ירושלים.

במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על:

התפקיד כולל תמיכה ארגונית בעובדים בסביבות הייצור, פיתוח ושאר מחלקות החברה

טיפול בתקלות חומרה ותוכנה בנקודות קצה

וכן תמיכה בעבודה המבוססת שרתי Terminal Servers, O365 וגם מע' הפעלה מבוססות Windows, מדפסות/סורקים/מצלמות וציודי רשת היקפיים

העבודה ממוקמת בהר חוצבים, ירושלים.

מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:

הכשרה כטכנאי/ת PC וניהול רשתות

הסמכות בMCP, MCSE ו-Microsoft

ניסיון של לפחות שנתיים בתמיכה טכנית.

אנגלית טכנית ברמה טובה.

ניסיון בטיפול בתקלות חומרה ותוכנה

ניסיון בנושא תשתיות ותקשורת במתגי Cicso – יתרון

ידע בתוכנות ומע' הפעלה מבוססות Windows וגם Microsoft O365

ידע ברשתות.

ידע באופיס 0365.
