We are experiencing rapid growth and global expansion. To succeed, we’re seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our R&D department!

What will you do:

Provide frontal and remote user assistance.
Lead IT projects, including the design and implementation of new and existing IT systems and services such as Networking (Firewall, Switches, VPN), Printers, and AV systems (Conference Rooms, Audio, Video, Projectors), Security (EDR, AV, Training)
Manage and monitor the entire IT infrastructure, including inventory, internet monitoring, patching, and updates.
IT procurement, including licenses, equipment, laptops, warranty
Onboarding/offboarding processes.
Application management, including usage, licensing, and cost perspectives.
Assist the DevOps team with daily tasks.

Requirements:

What will you need?

2+ years of proven experience in the IT field in global technological companies
Hands-on experience with installations, administration, patching, and troubleshooting of Mac and Windows computer hardware and software
Experience with SOC2 standards
Basic networking knowledge, preferably Fortigate and HP Aruba, with knowledge of standard networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, SSH, TLS, VPN, NAT, etc.).
Basic knowledge of Google services, Zoom, Microsoft tools, and MDM solutions such as Jumpcloud, Jumf, Apple ABM, etc.
Business Level English language proficiency, both written and verbal - Must
Excellent multi-tasking skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a customer service perspective.

Bonus:

Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
Knowledge and proficiency in developing scripts using Bash, PowerShell, or Python
DevOps basic knowledge: Docker, AWS Cloud Management, Jenkins, Github
