PMO

We are looking for a talented PMO to join our Projects department.
key responsibilities:

Manage project schedules, planning, and oversight of desalination plant construction.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets throughout all phases.
Maintain accuracy and quality across the entire project lifecycle.
Monitor the engineering design planning of the facility.
Oversee the procurement process for all required equipment.
Ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
Maintain close control over technical, procurement, and execution activities.
Support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure development projects.

Job Requirements:

At least 7 years of experience in a PMO role involved in planning, scheduling, and controlling large-scale infrastructure projects in Israel, with a preference for experience in water/treatment facilities projects.
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Primavera P6 for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring complex projects.
Deep knowledge of planning processes, engineering design control, and permit acquisition for large-scale infrastructure projects in Israel.
Experience in risk management, budget control, detailed planning, and leading control and monitoring processes using formal project management methodologies.
Strong coordination, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and lead teams and external/internal stakeholders.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in Primavera P6.
Experience in overseeing procurement processes for large project equipment, including supplier coordination and delivery tracking.
English – High Proficiency
