Sales Operation (Maternity Leave Replacement)

XM Cyber is a global leader in hybrid cloud security. XM Cyber brings a new approach that uses the attacker’s perspective to find and remediate critical attack paths across on-premises and multi-cloud networks. The XM Cyber platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their business-sensitive systems.

We are looking for a Sales Operations/Legal Desk to join our team (6 months role during maternity leave). As part of the role, you will be leading our legal desk, working closely with the global sales team, compliance department, finance and legal counsel to fulfill all legal requirements, supplier assessments and supporting contractual negotiations with prospect customers, while assuring data integrity and CRM hygiene.

Requirements:

Background in Legal/Sales Ops/Business Ops
Experience with Salesforce/CRM platforms efficiencies
Team player, service-oriented and strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task, Responsible, Hands-on
Highly responsible, organized and detail-oriented
Excellent English – Must
