Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Graphic Design or a similar area of study is preferred)
A thorough understanding of designing for digital platforms and expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud
Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines while effectively managing multiple projects with creativity and flexibility
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Passion and knowledge in sports – Big Advantage

Develop and deliver creative digital design projects from start to finish to support the full range of the marketing team needs, including web pages, email campaigns, social media ads
Translate requirements into concepts and design
Ensure quality in all aspects of creative execution
Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, concept and design content
Drive excellence in quality, design, layout, color, typography and brand consistency
