Guesty is looking for an experienced video creator and producer to join our Knowledge team.

The role focuses on creating customer-facing explainers and customer education videos to educate our users about using the product to promote self-service.

If you have a passion for scriptwriting, camera work, editing, and technology, and love creating videos from start to finish, this is the role for you!

Requirements:

2+ years of experience producing and creating explainer and customer education videos
High level of English
Tech-savvy and up-to-date with the latest technology, especially in the world of video and visuals
Experience with scriptwriting for digital platforms, and a passion for delivering precise, understandable information and ideas
Experience with professional cinematic equipment such as cameras, lighting, etc.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to cooperate with team members and other stakeholders, to achieve goals on time
A good eye for visuals and attention to details.
Proven experience with Adobe Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition

Good to have:

Experience working on a SaaS product
Experience working with Zendesk, Jira, Monday.com, Figma, and Google Drive
Experience with customer support, customer education, or tech support
Experience in working with other types of visuals, such as icons and GIFs

Create explainer and customer education videos, leading the process from start to finish
Learn the topics at hand
Write scripts that will help users understand
Create storyboards
Manage pre-production filming days (organize locations, actors, equipment)
Prepare presenters for filming
Prepare set for filming, including lights and sound setup
Operate cameras, lights, an sound equipment
Capture product screens
Direct, manage, and produce filming days and webinars
Edit videos using Premiere Pro, including creating motion graphics, effects, and sound editing
Create additional visual content including animations, images, and GIFs.
Communicate with different stakeholders in Guesty throughout the entire process to ensure updated, relevant, and accurate videos.
Keep videos up to date and accurate when features are updated and when new capabilities are added.
Align the branding and the visual and audible language across all types of visual content.
Work closely with training, customer-facing teams, and product managers to identify areas of focus where users need visual educational content.
Use analytics tools to monitor views, engagement, and user experience.
