The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing recruitment team.In this role, you'll take a meaningful part of the hiring process, source for new candidates, and ensure all candidates have an excellent experience.Requirements:Passion for recruitmentBSc in Behavioral Sciences or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and EnglishProactive approach, initiative and patience while working under pressure1-2 years of experience in recruitment - Advantage#LI-HybridResponsibilities:Maintain daily interaction with candidates for Moon Active’s positionsConduct in-depth phone & Zoom interviews with candidatesAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targetsDaily interaction with Hiring Managers & Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth process.Be responsible for screening resumes and managing our database.Engage passive candidates using different channels and tools.Proactive approach, initiative and patience while working under pressure
