Talent Acquisition Associate

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing recruitment team.

In this role, you'll take a meaningful part of the hiring process, source for new candidates, and ensure all candidates have an excellent experience.

Requirements:

Passion for recruitment
BSc in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
Proactive approach, initiative and patience while working under pressure
1-2 years of experience in recruitment - Advantage

Responsibilities:

Maintain daily interaction with candidates for Moon Active’s positions
Conduct in-depth phone & Zoom interviews with candidates
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets
Daily interaction with Hiring Managers & Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth process.
Be responsible for screening resumes and managing our database.
Engage passive candidates using different channels and tools.
Proactive approach, initiative and patience while working under pressure
