The Role

We are looking for a high-level, data-driven Marketing Analytics Team Lead to join our Marketing Department. This role requires a unique blend of strategic leadership, deep PPC expertise, and an AI-driven mindset. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, shaping global performance strategies across Google and Bing to drive market leadership and measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate is an analytical powerhouse who connects marketing activities directly to business outcomes and thrives on optimizing performance in highly competitive global markets.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Lead the performance marketing strategy within the marketing department, shaping campaigns across Google and Bing to drive efficiency and market leadership.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and mentor a team of marketers, fostering analytical thinking, advanced problem-solving skills, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Performance Planning: Identify and scale new marketing opportunities, implementing innovative approaches and leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize performance at scale.
Advanced Analytics: Use strong business judgment to identify gaps and opportunities. Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive revenue and ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overarching business goals and maximize impact.
Innovation: Apply an AI-driven mindset to leverage cutting-edge tools, staying ahead of industry trends and Google/Bing automation advancements.

Requirements:
Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with proven, hands-on PPC mastery in Google and Bing Ads, specifically in managing and scaling high-budget global campaigns within data-heavy environments."
Leadership Experience: 1–2 years of experience in leading and managing a team -Must.
Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business beyond basic PPC metrics; ability to engage in deep business discussions and connect marketing to the bottom line.
Analytical Powerhouse: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Expert-level Excel is a Must.
AI-Driven Mindset: Someone who understands how to leverage technology and AI tools to stay ahead of the curve.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar).
Communication: Excellent communication skills with native-level English.
