We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong passion for technology, people, and sourcing, to join our professional and dynamic recruitment team.
About the role:
End-to-end recruitment for technology positions
Active sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn and additional platforms
Hands-on work with LinkedIn Recruiter
Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Close collaboration with hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders
Working as part of a collaborative recruitment team
REQUIREMENTS
at least 2 years of experience in tech recruitment – mandatory
Proven experience in sourcing and headhunting – mandatory
Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter – mandatory
Experience recruiting for security / defense-related roles – strong advantage
Experience working with an ATS – advantage for experience with Comeet
Experience working with clients / outsourcing recruitment models – advantage
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
