Sales Operations Rep

Serves as the primary communication link between customers and the Foil business team. Provides customer support through the stages from development to maturity, including inquiry, offer, and order processing, with the goal to reach\/secure the highest level of customer satisfaction, with awareness of business elements.

Customer point of contact for all questions, with support for guidelines concerning price lists, quotations, and part number validation.
Order (entry and change) primary function with implementation of delivery for product and pricing fully validated. Supports the EDI order process as well as web-based transactions.
Coordinates all customer complaints, including requests for RMA to replace as warranted.
Handles the RFQ process in a timely manner with full supporting documents for review by business and makes complete approved offers. Follow up on all opportunities and routine reporting with closure. Initiate phone contact routines with the customer base; develop relationships to gather Engineering contacts for the FAE.
New material requests coordinated for set-up and implementation for ordering and quoting, including material master and customer material information records.
Weekly backlog review of customer business with emphasis on supervision of purchase orders until delivered, including all needed special arrangements.
Follow-up FAE activities- customer visits\/samples. Support FAE administratively.
Communicates critical customer information\/requirements to business units.
Optional customer visits\/public exhibitions if agreed to by all parties.
Daily report customer activities and solicit business and contacts.
Create and maintain customer accounts and contact lists.
Learn customer-based tools of interface & support as agreed.
Coordinate customer requests for credits or other disputes

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree is required
2-3 years of experience working with customers worldwide in a similar position.
Knowledge of MS office (Outlook\\/Word\\/Excel) and ERP Systems.
High level communication skills in English and other languages.
