ThetaRay is looking for collections specialist- part time to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

Ownership of the complete collection process to ensure payments are received timely
Communicate directly with clients regarding past due accounts via phone, email to secure payments
Provide client status updates/estimates
Proactively interact with customers and internal business units to resolve outstanding issues.
Updating client information in the firm’s database and researching any missing information

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

Fluent English and Hebrew
Experienced with Priority ERP software- advantage
Comfortable conducting phone conversations about sensitive financial matters
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service approach
Great at following up internally and externally to get issues resolved
Experience utilizing NetSuite and Salesforce a plus- advantage
Implementing processes and systems
