Lead and execute complex technical investigations involving multidisciplinary systems
Provide analytical and technical support to design & development projects
Serve as the primary expert for mechanical aspects support, including root cause analysis and performance optimization.
Lead improvements based on data-driven insights and investigation outcomes.
Design advanced characterization studies
Provide leadership to analytical and engineering professionals

דרישות

Education: Sc. in Physics / Mechanics / Bio-medical engineering (Chemistry / material field is irrelevant!)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex, multidisciplinary industrial environments (mandatory).
Proven track record in solving deep, non-trivial technical problems.
Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience, including leading technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.
Computer skills: Full control of all MS-Office applications
Language skills: Fluent English - written and spoken
