Software Engineer III, Google Identity and Engagement

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
2 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications:
2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
Experience in Software development using Java, Angular, or Dart.
Experience in System Architecture.
Experience in Front-End Development/Full-Stack Development.

We look across Google’s products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.

Responsibilities
Impact both Google Product Areas and end users directly by designing and implementing key components (full-stack) in the Google Notification Platform (GNP) Frontend.
Work with peers from other aspects of the product development lifecycle, including other Growth and Notifiction Team (GaNT) Engineering teams, Product Management, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), UX/UI (User Experience/User Interface).
Develop software primarily in Java, Angular, and Dart, heavily adopting AI into the workflow.
