Major Subcontractors Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Subcontractors Program Manager to oversee and control execution of large-scale subcontracted programs

:Responsibilities

Subcontractor Performance Management: Oversee subcontractor deliverables, monitor performance, and address issues to ensure alignment with project objectives, schedules, quality, and budget
Subcontractor Project Planning and Coordination: Validate project plans, ensure alignment with program timelines and budgets, and facilitate communication between subcontractors and internal teams
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and other subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and alignment of project goals
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality standards, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with quality requirements
Cost and Budget Management: Monitor contract expenditures, review and approve invoices, and ensure adherence to contractual agreements
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues to maintain project momentum
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare progress reports, maintain accurate project records, and document contracts and action logs
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, foster communication, and serve as the primary contact for major subcontractors

:Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects, with a focus on subcontracted projects within the defense industry
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, including selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and successful delivery of contracted deliveries and services
Familiarity with the domestic and international supplier market within the defense sector
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage, with Russian being highly desirable
