Full Stack Engineer

groundcover is a fast-growing B2D startup reimagining how engineering teams monitor and troubleshoot cloud-native applications. Our platform distills complex backend systems into powerful, intuitive user experiences — giving developers the clarity they need when it matters most.

We’re looking for a frontend-leaning Full Stack Engineer to help shape and scale the product experience from the UI down to the data layer. If you’re excited about building high-performance interfaces for technical users, and love working end-to-end — this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Build responsive, fast, and elegant UIs using React and TypeScript
Create intuitive interfaces that make complex data accessible and actionable
Collaborate with product and design to translate ideas into polished, production-ready features
Work on building real-time data flows and APIs (in Go)
Optimize for performance, usability, and developer experience
Help shape our frontend architecture and tooling as we scale

Our Tech Stack

Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind
Backend: Go, gRPC, PostgreSQL
Infra: Kubernetes, Helm, AWS
Observability: Our own platform (of course)

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in Full-Stack roles - frontend oriented
Deep knowledge of React and modern web development practices
Experience Building APIs — in Go - Must
A passion for creating exceptional user experiences, especially for developer audiences
Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bonus: experience with observability tools, dashboards, or devtools
