The Field Operations Coordinator will be part of the company’s Growth Team, supporting field activities to expand our customer base and providing operational support for both new and existing clients.

The role involves frequent travel across the country for client meetings, conducting identification processes, distributing cards, and opening new accounts, as well as providing logistical support for all field operations. This includes, among other things, onboarding new workers at Ben Gurion Airport as part of our collaboration with employers who pay salaries directly into Neema accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Opening new accounts and training customers on using the digital account.
Conducting in-person customer identification processes according to the company’s KYC and eKYC procedures.
Distributing MAX cards and SIM cards.
Handling logistics and equipment transportation, including setting up field stations at various events (airport, agricultural fields, marketing activities, etc.).
Supporting the department’s Account Manager (collecting forms, signing agreements, distributing gifts, etc.).
Serving as a field role that requires extensive travel nationwide.
Providing ongoing support and coordination with the sales teams.



Requirements

Full-time position with flexibility for morning, evening, and night shifts.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently nationwide.
Significant advantage: Experience in customer-facing roles.
Strong operational skills: organization, responsibility, task management, and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Excellent command of English.
Strong technological skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile applications.
Versatility and problem-solving ability in real time.
Strong service orientation, excellent interpersonal communication, independence, and sales orientation.
Advantage: Previous experience in financial services companies and working with foreign worker communities in Israel.
Suitable also for students (minimum 3 shifts per week).
