The position includes:

Working on SuperCom’s next-generation products – from concept to execution.
Contributing to our mission of delivering the most innovative solutions in the electronic monitoring domain.
Partnering with the Scrum Master and engineering leads to support agile processes such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Writing clear and detailed product requirements – from high-level concepts to granular user stories.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (development, QA, sales, stakeholders) for seamless delivery.
Ensuring alignment on sprint goals, tracking progress, and addressing blockers with cross-functional teams.
Fostering a productive and communicative team environment.
Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Balancing strong technical insight with business understanding to guide product decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BSC in Computer Science or related Engineering field.
3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
Experience with mobile and web application products.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Experience in agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience with multi-disciplinary products – an advantage.
Experience in IoT domain– an advantage.
