The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our R&D team. In this role, you will lead a team of talented developers, focusing on delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable features for our module-based, feature-rich solution.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure performance and reliability. Your role will be instrumental in driving team success, delivering projects on time, and fostering a culture of technical excellence. This is a hands-on position, requiring at start some active participation in development tasks alongside leadership responsibilities.

What You'll Do
Build and lead a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project goals are met.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design, implement, and optimize high-performance, scalable features using cutting-edge technologies.
Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and ensure high code quality and performance.
Drive innovation and tackle complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute to the overall architecture and technical strategy of the product.
Develop and maintain system components that will be used daily by hundreds of thousands of users.
Balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities to meet project deadlines and milestones.

We're Looking For
At least 4 years of experience in software development with Node.js and React
Proven managerial experience
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable systems.
Familiarity with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and AWS – an advantage.
Solid understanding of database technologies and data management.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure, independently and as part of a team.
