Construction manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Construction manager. The role involves hands-on supervision of interior fit-out projects across complex work environments, working closely with contractors, vendors, and end users.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the execution of interior fit-out works from initiation through handover
Day-to-day management of contractors, vendors, and tradespeople on site
Quality control, schedule adherence, and budget oversight
Coordinate between design, execution, and client-facing stakeholders
Work with construction drawings and project documentation
Requirements
Degree or certification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture – required
3–5 years of experience supervising interior fit-out projects
Knowledge of finishing works and building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing)
Proficiency in project management software – MS Project
Ability to work independently in the field – the majority of the role is site-based
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
