What you will be doing:

As the VP of Information Systems at Azami Global, you will lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of the company’s Digital, IT, and Data functions. Your role will be critical in ensuring these domains align with Azami’s competitive advantage—delivering unmatched quality through efficient, technology-driven processes.

This position has three main areas of focus:
1. Digital: Collaborating with process owners across the company to map, analyze, and optimize workflows, always seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability while reinforcing Azami’s competitive edge.
2. IT: Leading the integration and maintenance of systems that underpin these processes, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
3. Data: Ensuring the quality, relevance, and accessibility of data, enabling data-driven decisions that fuel Azami’s growth and innovation.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role:
- You will work closely with process owners to optimize and digitize their workflows using technology.
- Partner with the Product team to align on value creation opportunities and ensure technology priorities match strategic goals.
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate and maintain systems that enable the seamless flow and management of high-quality data.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Digital:
- Lead initiatives to map, analyze, and optimize workflows, focusing on process efficiency and alignment with Azami’s quality standards.
- Collaborate with process owners across departments to deliver technology-driven solutions that enhance operational scalability and competitive advantage.

IT:
- Develop and oversee the IT roadmap, focusing on the integration, maintenance, and modernization of systems that support Azami’s business processes.
- Ensure the IT infrastructure is robust, secure, and capable of supporting Azami’s growth goals.

Data :
- Own the quality, relevance, and governance of Azami’s data, enabling accurate and actionable insights.
- Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization, ensuring data supports both internal processes and customer-facing solutions.

Collaboration:
- Partner with the Product team to align IS priorities with Azami’s strategic goals and value creation opportunities.
- Work closely with R&D to define, develop, and integrate systems that manage Azami’s data and support business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to process owners, helping them implement technology solutions to optimize their workflows.

Leadership & Governance:
- Establish governance policies and standards to ensure system quality, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the IS department budget and vendor relationships to optimize technology investments.
- Lead IS projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in Digital, IT, and Data functions, ideally in a scale-up or SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize business processes using technology and data-driven approaches.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, system integration, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, architecture, and analytics.
- Proven track record of collaboration with Product and R&D teams in a technology-driven company.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into business strategies.
