As a Service Engineer at ART MEDICAL, you are vital to ensuring the operational excellence and reliability of our smART+™ platform within ICU rooms across client facilities. Specializing in technical support, your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from installation to ongoing maintenance of all ART MEDICAL products.

Role & Responsibilities
Provide both remote and on-site technical support, perform installations and corrective maintenance for the smART+™ platform specifically within ICU environments.
Utilize the company’s proprietary technician software (TechSoft) to deliver efficient remote support for the smART+™ platform products.
Resolve technical issues efficiently, documenting troubleshooting steps and outcomes in the company database to maintain high accuracy in service records.
Conduct training sessions for service personnel and distributors, focusing on the technical maintenance and operation of the smART+™ platform to ensure consistent, high-quality support in ICU settings.
Develop and maintain comprehensive service documentation, including detailed service and installation manuals, to standardize maintenance procedures and ensure clarity and consistency.
Requirements
B.Sc. or Practical degree in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
2+ years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in the medical device industry or A Biomedical -engineer degree with experience in MDA (Magen David Adom)/ Military paramedic/ Ambulance driver, etc.
Demonstrated expertise in technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical devices and software, particularly in ICU settings.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a strong commitment to achieving shared objectives and delivering excellent outcomes.
Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
Flexibility to work unconventional hours, including 24/7 shifts.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally to provide onsite support.
Must be comfortable working in the ICU Hospital’s area.
