Product Design Team Leader

Moonshot Marketing is a global leader in the ad-tech comparison industry, that implements state-of-the-art artificial intelligence designed to connect online consumers and vendors worldwide in multiple industries.

We are looking for a passionate, creative design team lead to join our product team and take ownership of the design domain - creating an intuitive experience that will help users make purchase decisions.

In this role, you will have a major impact on our product design and vision, while taking part in building our product team and culture.

Requirements:

Solid portfolio of published interactive projects.
At least 4 years of relevant work experience as a Product Designer at B2C/SaaS companies .
1+ years in leading a design team.
Experience with Qualitative user research: competition analysis, usability testing & user-interviews.
A strong data-driven design approach.
Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to listen, address feedback, and advocate for our users.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of talented product and marketing designers with full ownership over the company design vision, experiences, and processes.
Elevate product design through a deep understanding of our users - turning quantitative data, qualitative user insights, and competition analysis into a great and converting experience.
Take a user-centered design overlooking the full design life-cycle from initial ideation to high-fidelity pixel-perfect experiences.
Create great user experiences hands-on
Manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders in a rapidly changing environment
Present and justify your work and design thinking to various stakeholders using wireframes, prototyping tools, mock-ups, animations, and more.
Team up with product managers, R&D, business, and marketing experts to drive supreme results.
Level up our design system and processes to ensure consistency and quality across our platform.
