Key Responsibilities
Video lead: Develop, create and execute engaging video materials, such as customer success stories, how-to guides, and service highlights, work closely with the video team and selected vendors.
Customer Stories: Collaborate with stakeholders to craft authentic and persuasive testimonials.
Writing projects: research and create micro-blogs, whitepapers, one-pagers, and email communications with a focus on security services.
Digital Content ideation and creation: Work across various online platforms to ensure high-quality, well-researched, and audience-friendly content.
Podcasts: Assist in planning and delivering service-related podcasts, from guest coordination to final delivery.
Qualifications
At least 2 years as a content creator, writer, or digital marketing project manager, preferably in a tech company.
Exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in key platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and writing/video/design related AI tools.
Self-motivated, independent, and strong project management skills.
A talent for identifying compelling stories and bringing them to life.
Eagerness to learn and grow, even if you lack experience in some areas.
Able to work effectively with internal teams, partners, and customers while also excelling in independent tasks.
