Professional Services Manager (PSO)

We’re seeking a Professional Services Manager with a deep knowledge and understanding of online platforms and client needs.

Department: R&D

Reports To: Head of R&D

Responsibilities:

As a Professional Services (PSO) Manager at AvaTrade, you will be at the forefront of our operational excellence, and responsible for leading a team of PSO Specialists.
Providing exceptional support to significant system or customer-related issues within the agreed SLAs.
Collaborate with multiple cross-world Vendors to facilitate seamless problem-solving and system enhancements.
Organize the service department and manage resources to achieve maximum efficiency.
Act as the customer's first point of contact for all delivery-related aspects.
Manage project scopes and requirements from end to end, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
At least 4 years of proven experience in team leadership or management.
Experience in Proof of Concept (POC) development and execution, showcasing the ability to translate client requirements and needs into tangible solutions.
Experience in managing the project's risks, changes, documentation, budgets, PSO quality KPIs, and team updates.
Proficient in managing multiple projects management simultaneously, methodologies, processes, and tools.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Commitment to providing high-quality services and outstanding customer satisfaction.
