About the role:

A leading cyber company, located in Ramat Gan (on the train line), is looking for a Legal Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Manager to join our legal team (reporting to the Head of Business Operations & Legal). In this dynamic role, you will play a critical part in supporting the company's rapid growth and success by providing sound legal advice and guidance across a wide range of legal and business matters. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, sales, marketing, and finance.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and counsel on a wide range of legal and business matters, including:
Customer Contracts: Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of customer agreements, including SaaS agreements, professional services agreements, data processing agreements, and end-user license agreements.
Commercial Partnerships: Structuring and negotiating strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other commercial collaborations.
Sales & Marketing: Providing legal support for sales and marketing activities, including data privacy compliance, advertising and marketing campaigns, and promotions.
Corporate Law: corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions
Intellectual Property Law: Patent, trademark, and copyright protection and enforcement, open source compliance.
Data Privacy and Security: Data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), data security, information governance, cybersecurity.
Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Assisting with the management and resolution of legal disputes.
Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
Provide legal training and guidance to employees on legal and compliance matters.
Stay abreast of relevant legal and regulatory developments and advise the company on their impact.
Assist with the development and implementation of legal and compliance policies and procedures.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a hi-tech company or a reputable law firm- A MUST
Business-oriented deal maker
Strong understanding of Israeli contract law, commercial law, and data privacy law (e.g., GDPR, Israeli Privacy Protection Law).
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills (both written and verbal) in Hebrew and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven and able to independently follow through tasks and projects to completion.
High standard of work ethics, ability to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English - A MUST
