Work with our Largest, Most Strategic Accounts
As an MAE, you will take ownership of selling our product range to prospects. You will be responsible for the full cycle of sales activities from lead generation to deal closure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams internally to help identify opportunities for growth and development.
As a Major Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
Fostering long term and solid relationships through understanding customer needs and being an effective advocate within Akamai
Maintaining sales pipeline, accurate monthly and quarterly forecast to increase visibility of prospects
Working with integrated cross-functional teams to ensure customer's requirements are successfully delivered
Meeting bookings and revenue growth quota within the set of assigned prospects to meet and exceed forecasts
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
Have relevant sales experience and a Bachelor's in a Business, or a Technical discipline
Have experience selling enterprise-class technology software, SaaS, internet-based technology solutions to enterprise class companies
Demonstrate experience of account management with short term and long term planning selling into strategic accounts.
Demonstrate a good understanding of technology and the Internet, including security, networking a strategic landscape
Have experience working in a collaborative, results oriented environment and build executive level relationships with high-level customers
Have good written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
