We are looking for a skilled Marketing Designer to join our team, to craft compelling visual content that drives engagement and supports our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, able to translate strategic marketing goals into stunning design concepts across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content that drives engagement and supports our overall marketing strategy.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Education: Academic background in graphic design, visual/human interaction, or related field
Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising context.
Skills: Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience in animation and video editing is a plus.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, particularly in creating marketing materials and digital assets.
Creativity: Creative and conceptual thinking with a passion for design and an eye for detail.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of written and spoken English

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field
Experienced in motion design
Experienced with B2B products and concepts

Responsibilities:

Designed and produced engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email newsletters, website visuals, and online advertisements.
Create visually compelling print materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
Assist in developing marketing collateral for product launches, promotions, and events.
Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas.
