Delta Galil is looking for a highly organized, service-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join the HR team.This role is responsible for managing core HR operational processes while serving as a key point of contact for employees on a wide range of HR-related matters.The position requires strong operational capabilities, attention to detail, and a high level of service mindset in a dynamic, global environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in the HR systems, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, promotions, and transfersMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance documentationServe as a central point of contact for employees, providing support on HR-related topics such as policies, benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, and HR systemsEnsure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and internal HR proceduresPrepare HR reports, documentation, and metrics as requiredSupport audits and ensure proper documentation and process alignmentCollaborate with HR Business Partners, managers, and other internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve HR operational processes and enhance employee experienceRequirements:2–4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar HR roleStrong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycleExperience working with HRIS and payroll systemsHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skillsService-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, global organizationEnglish – mandatoryAdditional languages – an advantageNice to HaveExperience in a global, matrixed, or manufacturing organizationFamiliarity with labor laws and HR complianceExperience supporting employee populations across multiple sites or functionsThe position is open to all gendersHybrid position:Onsite
