HR Operations

Delta Galil is looking for a highly organized, service-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join the HR team.

This role is responsible for managing core HR operational processes while serving as a key point of contact for employees on a wide range of HR-related matters.

The position requires strong operational capabilities, attention to detail, and a high level of service mindset in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in the HR systems, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, promotions, and transfers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance documentation
Serve as a central point of contact for employees, providing support on HR-related topics such as policies, benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, and HR systems
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures
Prepare HR reports, documentation, and metrics as required
Support audits and ensure proper documentation and process alignment
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, managers, and other internal stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve HR operational processes and enhance employee experience

Requirements:

2–4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar HR role
Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems
High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Service-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global organization
English – mandatory
Additional languages – an advantage

Nice to Have

Experience in a global, matrixed, or manufacturing organization
Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance
Experience supporting employee populations across multiple sites or functions
