We’re looking for a bright and passionate Automation Team Lead to join our R&D Core group. In this critical role, you will lead, design, and develop the coverage strategy for our highly scalable and high-performance solution.
You will be part of engineering the backbone of a revolutionary platform, including complex networking topologies and performance optimizations.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Automation and System QA engineers
Responsibility for the overall quality and performance of our backbone platforms
Define and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy for complex systems
Lead the development of automated test code to maximize test coverage and efficiency
Collaborate with software development leads to identify key areas for automation, prioritize test cases, and manage dependencies
Mentor and guide Automation and System QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Oversee the operational integrity of lab and testing environments, ensuring reliability for development and testing activities
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in test automation technologies

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as an Automation Team Leader
3+ years of hands-on experience with networking products
In-depth knowledge of networking, network protocols, switching, routing, etc
Experience with Linux operating systems
Strong understanding of testing methodologies
Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
Experience in performance and stress testing – an advantage
