Molecular Imaging (MI) and Computed Tomography (CT) is the largest business in GEHC Imaging portfolio. MI emerges as the fastest growing part of our portfolio with Theranostics and other innovations.

Job Description

The role:

Understands clinical areas such as cardiology, oncology, neurology and interventional.

Converts customer clinical needs to scanner capabilities and digital applications.

Contributes to the development of a product/portfolio strategy including product positioning.

Optimizes commercial execution though development of marketing and launch plans and aligning market insights with technology trends.

Plays instrumental role in generating evidence for clinical value proposition in the care area(s).

Leads, coordinates and manages execution of care area marketing plans, identifies, and executes opportunities for growth and share gain.

Influences commercial business operating guidelines & has ownership over care area budgets.

Operates with high level of autonomy within the role.

Has the ability to perform high levels of commercial judgment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develops and executes marketing strategy and tactics related to multi-product and services solutions addressing a clinical care area.

Develops commercial expertise across one or more countries, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups.

Influences policy and ensures delivery across large and/or diverse sales territories.

Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.

Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.

Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers.

Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received & questions conflicting data for analysis.

Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.

Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view.

Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.

Required Qualifications

This role requires Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or relevant knowledge / experience) with significant experience in the Marketing & Clinical and Care Area Marketing.
