Job Description
As a HR Specialist you will be responsible for deploying key HR policies and processes within the market thereby executing the People and Organization Strategy. You will proactively guide the delivery of HR services and offer operational support in implementing the people strategy.
You will work with multiple client groups within and across sites and business groups in the market.
Your role:
Supporting departments, line management and HRBP professionally on all key HR processes. Implementing and executing our people strategy with HRBP, management and other stakeholders. Providing guidance on the deployment of the people strategy within an organizational context
Working closely with the business to understand and address business issues and support local organizational capability development; Working on strategic decisions around the organizational set up by identifying, setting and implementing the changes
Supporting and facilitating the development of managers in people management and manager self-service
Interfacing with all other parts of HR and acting as a connection in the overall HR model
Acting as a partner for HRBPs and managers on local implications and solutions for managers and/or employees in employee relations procedures
Managing local labor relations activities,
Leading/participating in HR projects and driving standardization in the execution of HR policies and processe s
You're the right fit if:
You have relevant academic d egree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
You have 4+ years of relevant working experience in dealing with strategic HR matters within a complex and dynamic business context characterized by different cultures, management styles, systems, and procedures
You are experienced in delivery of core HR services through end-to-end framework in global corporate environment
Your communication, change management and project management skills are excellent; You are a team player, able to lead in matrix environment; You have an Ability to resolve complex issues in creative ways and influence stakeholders accordingly
Fluent English and Hebrew

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
