We are looking for a motivated and business-oriented Data Specialist to join our global Data & BI team.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain modern data pipelines and data solutions that support critical business processes across the organization.

You will work closely with global stakeholders, integrate data from multiple sources, ensure data quality and reliability, and contribute to modern data and AI initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Engineering, Data Operations, or a similar role
Experience in a global consulting firms, such as Big 4, is an advantage.
Extensive experience with Data Warehouse architecture and data modeling best practices
Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines
Advanced SQL proficiency (must)
Experience working with AWS environments (2+ years)
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including Snowflake Cortex (2+ years)
Hands-on experience building AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions
Experience identifying anomalies, patterns, and business insights using statistical and AI-based approaches
Experience integrating AI services into data platforms and business processes
Experience deploying and supporting ML/AI solutions in production environments
Experience with DBT (2+ years)
Experience with ETL/ELT tools and modern data platforms (Rivery, Fivetran)
Experience working in a global company
Experience integrating data from multiple sources and technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills and experience working with global stakeholders
High level of English and Hebrew, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and data transformation processes
Integrate data from internal and external systems, including APIs, databases, and third-party platforms
Own data quality, monitoring, reliability, and governance processes
Investigate and resolve data-related issues while supporting business users
Take ownership of data workflows from design and development through production support
Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze data discrepancies, and deliver reliable data solutions
Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered data solutions that support business decision-making and operational excellence
Build and implement monitoring capabilities (e.g. anomaly detection, forecasting, etc.) using modern AI capabilities
Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for applying AI and LLM-based solutions to real-world business challenges
Develop and operationalize AI workflows and data products from proof-of-concept through production deployment
