We're looking for a QA Team Leader to lead our quality efforts across the full product lifecycle — from embedded firmware to cloud-based applications. If you're passionate about testing smart, connected systems and want to shape the quality of mission-critical technology, this is your opportunity.

The role is part of our R&D team and works closely with both Product Management and Customer Support, ensuring we deliver robust, field-ready solutions that meet real-world needs.

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a small team of QA engineers (manual + automation)
Build and execute QA strategies for software systems
Define and implement test plans, test cases, and test automation frameworks
Own and drive quality processes across the Agile lifecycle, including sprint planning and retrospectives
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to ensure functional and user-driven validation
Work alongside Customer Support to understand field issues and integrate testing for real-world use cases
Ensure traceability and tracking via Jira and QA metrics
Work hands-on with embedded devices, APIs, Cloud and OnPremises products
Simulate sensor behaviors and validate end-to-end data flow
Analyze test data, write queries, and validate datasets using SQL (a must)
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
Strong QA background across both software and firmware (embedded systems)
Experience with IoT or hardware-software integrated products
Proven expertise in SQL — writing and analyzing queries to validate backend data
Solid knowledge of QA methodologies and tools (e.g., test management, CI/CD)
Proficiency in Jira, Agile methodologies, and lifecycle documentation
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework, or similar)
Ability to define and track KPIs and continuously improve QA effectiveness
High attention to detail, organized, and proactive mindset
Strong English (written and spoken)
Bonus Points For:
Familiarity with Python, Bash, or test scripting
Working with remote teams or field hardware testers
