Principal Product Manager

As a Principal Product Manager for Tricentis AI Services (TAIS), you will spearhead the strategy, development, and execution of AI-driven solutions that revolutionize software testing and quality assurance. With the industry’s #1 Continuous Testing platform, Tricentis is recognized for reinventing software quality. Your leadership will directly impact the creation of products that harness the power of AI to provide unparalleled insights, automation, and efficiency for our customers. You will act as a bridge between cutting-edge AI technologies and the needs of our diverse client base, ensuring that our solutions are not just innovative but also highly relevant and impactful.

The role is based in Tel-Aviv, Israel, with a hybrid remote/in-office schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Lead the strategic planning process for TAIS, aligning product initiatives with Tricentis’s overall business strategy and customer needs. Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on a deep understanding of the AI landscape, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.

Product Discovery & Management: Champion the discovery phase for new AI features and services, utilizing a mix of quantitative and qualitative research methods to validate opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new ideas.

Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer success, support, and partners to communicate product vision and updates. Ensure all teams are aligned and empowered to meet their objectives with the rollout of new AI services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively work and collaborate with product management leadership and leaders across the Tricentis portfolio, developing AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing and future products. Foster a culture of innovation that encourages the sharing of ideas and technologies across teams to create cohesive and impactful AI capabilities.

Development & Execution: Oversee the product development lifecycle, from intake and planning through to execution and release. Implement agile methodologies to accommodate fast-paced changes in the AI field while maintaining a high standard of quality and innovation.

Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to product managers and other team members. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the team.

What You’ll Do:

Aligning product strategy with the overall business goals and company strategy

Driving product discovery, market research, and competitor research by setting the stage for the right approach to product development

Communicating product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders in addition to stitching together the product vision and keep stakeholders informed of the product strategy

Lead the product management team and ensure the product meets customer needs and provides value

Coordinate go-to-market activities as needed for new features across the organization, demonstrating a deep understanding of the problems being solved and what the market needs

Lead communications with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to collect feedback on product enhancements and work with the Director of Product Marketing to disseminate information about upcoming product releases

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on AI or machine learning technologies.

Proven track record of developing and launching successful AI-powered products or services.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex technologies into compelling product features.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Agile/Scrum certification or significant experience with agile development methodologies.

Deep understanding of software development and quality assurance processes.
