Procurement strategic Buyer

The Strategic Procurement Buyer will be responsible for E2E for all business and operation aspects in front of the BIG CMs and collaborate with all relevant departments.(Sourcing, Technical, Planning, R&D, ENG, Finance, Plant, Quality)Work closely with suppliers to ensure that operation processes are efficient, cost-effective, and fully aligned with HP requirementSupplier Management:Full responsibility for maintaining relationships with suppliersWide supplier operation understanding including production process and Business understandingBuild long-term agreements with suppliersDefine and build cost reduction road mapDefine and build Suppliers AOS & Business KPI’sActivity managementMaintain the MRP system with all the relevant operation and business aspectsCollaborate with Suppliers POC, managers, and other stakeholders on routing meetingQuarterly meeting with suppliers, SPR process, Maintain Supplier ID, Share with suppliers long-term planCollaborated with sourcing and technical team to Build Estimated cost, optimize supply chain processwork with suppliers on Cost-reduction activities based on agreed targets and opportunitiesIdentify supplier capacity and production flexibility, based on risk and define mitigation strategiesEducation and ExperienceB.A. in relevant fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain functionExperience working with big/medium contract manufacturers.Global procurement experience- An advantageKnowledge andSkills:Negotiation & Commercial skills, BOM breakdown KnowledgeAnalytical and strategic thinkingTeam player & problem solverMRP, Powerpoint Excel, and BI tools knowledgeExcellent leadership and communication skillsExcellent ability to work on parallel tasks#LI-POST
