Director of Data Analytics

We are looking for a Director of Data Analytics to lead our growing team!

You will lead and oversee the strategic and functional direction of the data teams, ensuring excellence in both onboarding and live client support. A key focus of this role is strengthening client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact for data-related challenges, ensuring clear communication and building long-term partnerships. You will engage in high-level discussions, identifying opportunities to align data strategies with client goals.

Voyantis is a leading LTV prediction platform that powers decisions of performance marketing teams. Our platform provides accurate future lifetime value for each user shortly after acquisition, allowing marketing teams to optimize revenues and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the data analytics teams responsible for onboarding and live client support, ensuring seamless client experiences.
* Work closely with clients to understand their challenges and deliver customized data-driven solutions.
* Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication and effective solutions.
* Drive the strategic growth of the data team by recruiting, developing talent, and optimizing team structure and processes.
* Foster innovation and apply creative problem-solving to meet business and client needs.
* Serve as the primary liaison between the data teams and other internal departments, ensuring alignment with business priorities and client requirements.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (a Must).
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics and problem-solving (a Must).
* At least 4 years of experience managing data teams (a Must).
* Proven success in a client-facing role with the ability to build and strengthen client relationships (a Must).
* Strong proficiency in SQL with extensive practical experience.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities.
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
* Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
