We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Industrial Engineering student or recent graduate to join our R&D team in a part-time (50%) role. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in measuring and improving R&D processes through data-driven insights.
Requirements:
Final-year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering and Management (הנדסת תעשייה וניהול)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar)
Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented
Bonus: Familiarity with software development / R&D workflows and metrics
