Requirements:

You’re an engineer with a strong technical experience and natural leadership skills
Youv’e led major cross teams projects
You’re ready to step into a leadership role
You communicate clearly and care about helping others grow
You enjoy solving hard problems and building things from scratch
You’re curious, proactive, and excited to shape both product and team culture
Deep understanding of Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
You use AI; even for making coffee.

What You'll Do:

Lead and grow a new engineering team - hire, mentor, and support engineers as the team scales
Drive development of a new product that doesn’t yet exist - from idea to launch
Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to set priorities and architecture
Split your time between hands-on development and team mentoring
Foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous learning
Help shape processes, standards, and best practices as the team evolves
