Avgol is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated FP&A analyst to join its HQ FP&A team.

Job Summary
The FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in providing financial insights that drive decision-making across the organization. This individual will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills to effectively partner with various departments.

Job Description

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and
long-term planning
Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable
recommendations

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts
Collaborate with department heads to gather input and ensure accuracy in financial
projections
Track performance against budgets/forecasts and provide variance analysis

3. Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including dashboards and presentations for senior leadership
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed

4. Business Partnering

Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and align financial strategies with business objectives
Act as a financial advisor to various departments, offering insights to guide strategic decisions
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and systems
Streamline reporting and forecasting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Proactive and independent
Experience with SAP is a plus
Experience in a global manufacturing company is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Fluent in English
