Security Staff Program Manager

We are seeking a Security Staff Project Manager to lead and manage critical security projects, ensuring our security programs are robust and mature. As a Security Staff Program Manager, you will:

Manage multiple security projects, ensuring alignment with the overall security program and maturity goals.
Track and report on the status of security programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project completion.
Oversee internal and external project status communications, including conducting routine project meetings and creating status reports.
Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and risk assessments.
Maintain and groom project backlogs, and perform project planning, budgeting, and tracking.
Interface with Architects, Engineers, and Senior Management to drive project success.
Enhance the security program and team through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.

You should apply if you have:

7+ years of experience in compliance and project management within the security domain.
A process improvement mindset with familiarity in fundamental security concepts, including compliance, infrastructure, and application security.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team of security specialists and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
PMI Certifications, with Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certifications preferred.
Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, tracking, and risk assessment.
