-Lead generation and prospecting- develop and implement a lead generation strategy to identify and target potential customers in the defense sector. -Sales leadership- take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, including client engagement, needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation and contract closure. - Market expansion- establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers. -Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. -Proven experience in the East Europe & Russian speaking countries -Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within defense global companies. -Strong understanding of the defense industry and familiarity with the procurement processes of defense organizations. -Demonstrate success in leading and closing complex sales deals. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills. -Ability to travel.
